Easy Installation: All Full Tilt Manifolds are pressed together at our shop before shipping for easy installation and test-fitted on an engine head.
Hand Ported: Our exhaust manifolds are hand ported and polished to give the smoothest best-quality finish possible.
Ceramic Coating: Each manifold is ceramic coated, which is completed in-house at Full Tilt. This provides an added heat barrier that keeps the exhaust gas energy moving to your turbo to improve turbo response. It reduces carbon build up along with EGTS by 80-100° and under-hood temperatures by 300°.
Better Flow: Our exhaust manifolds are designed to flow like a headers, flowing 20% better than stock.
Improved Slip Joints: There is no need to diaper clamp over the joints. They have been designed with tighter tolerance and 50% more surface contact.
High Quality: All of our manifolds are cast out of proprietary high quality blended steel, one of the hardest and most heat tolerant metals available. This ensures the design to withstand over-the-road abuse and high temperatures.
